First Communion

This Sunday, May 18^th is First Communion Sunday for Ascension School. The students who will receive communion are to be in 3^rd grade no later than 9:30am. All parents and sponsors should arrive the same time.

All Baptism Certificate must be in the office no later than tomorrow, May 15^th.

Service Hours

All service hours are due by May 25^th. Each hour is worth $10.00. If you still have a lot of pending hours you should call the office to make arrangements.

Final payments to school

All the payments should be update to date by now. If for some reason you still owe money make the payment by Monday, May 19^th. All payments owed the school must  be made by cash or money order to give enough time to close out our books for the year.

Sunday food sale

There will a food sale this Sunday May 18^th. We are in need of some items such as: water, cheese, maseca, and vegetable oil. If you make a donation please bring it to the office by this Friday May 16^th along with your receipt. If you would like to volunteer that Sunday please call the office to sign up.

Primera Comunión

Este Domingo, 18 de mayo es la Primera Comunión  para la Escuela Ascensión. Los estudiantes que van a recibir la comunión deben  de estar en el salón de 3  grado a más tardar las 9:30 am. Todos los padres y padrinos deben llegar al mismo tiempo.

Todo certificado de bautismo debe estar en la oficina a más tardar mañana, 15 de mayo.

Horas  de Servicio

Todas las horas de servicio deben completarse para el 25 de mayo. Cada hora vale $ 10.00. si usted tiene muchas horas pendientes, deben llamar a la oficina para hacer arreglos.

Pagos finales a la escuela

Todos los pagos a la escuela deben estar al corriente. Si por alguna razón usted todavía debe dinero a la  escuela debe hacer  sus pagos a más tardar para  lunes 19 de mayo. Todos los pagos adeudados a la escuela deben hacerse en efectivo o giro postal, esto nos dara tiempo suficiente para cerrar nuestros libros para el año.

Venta de Comida del  Domingo

Habrá una venta de comida, este domingo 18 de mayo. Necesitamos  algunas cosas tales como: agua, queso, MASECA y aceite vegetal. Si usted trae algo  favor de traerlo a la  oficina este viernes 16 de mayo, junto con su recibo. Si usted desea ser voluntario para el domingo por favor llamar  a la oficina para anotarlos.
