Parent Teacher Conference
Parents if you did not attend your parent teacher Conference, please contact your child’s teacher and Schedule a conference as soon as possible. This is a good time to connect and develop a plan for your student.
Opportunity to Earn Service Hours
We have a generous Donation of rubber mulch for our playground. The rubber mulch has arrived and the kindergarten playground is ready. Thank you to the Lara family, Fr. Humberto and members of capilla Ministry for removing the wood chips and preparing our playground for the rubber mulch. We are seeking Parents to help spread rubber mulch in the playground area. Please contact Ms. Debbie or Ms. Moutran if you are able to help. We have begun and we will continue until we have filled the playground. Thank you to the parents who have begun, our students will enjoy our playground even more.
Harvest Festival and Saints Parade
Mark your calendar, October 28th we will have our 2nd annual harvest Festival. We are looking for parents to help with donations, parade, games, set up and clean-up. Last week a sign-up sheet went out please fill out and return as soon as possible. If you need another copy Ms. Moutran and Miss Debbie will be happy to help you. We are looking for donations of toilet paper rolls (not toilet paper but the inside roll) to be used in art projects during the harvest Festival, Please send to the office: attention Anna Arevalo.
Box – Tops
See attachment flyer – box tops help with purchases for school office and art supplies. Please save your box tops and return to your classroom teacher. Mrs. Avila our box top coordinator has announced a contest to run through the month of October. The class which collects the most box tops will win nachos for all, good luck and collect, collect, collect.

Conferencia de Padres y Maestros
Padres si no atendieron su conferencia de padres y Maestros, porfavor contacten el maestro de su estudiente lo mas pronto possible. Esta es el buen tiempo para connectar y hacer un plan para su estudiante.
Oportunidad Para Hacer Horas de Servicio
Hemos tenido una donacion generosa de trozos de caucho para nuesta playground. El trozos de caucho a llegado y el playground de kindergarten esta listo. Gracias a la familia Lara, Padre Humberto y miembros de ministerio de capilla por haver removido las verutas de madera y preparar el playground para los trozos de caucho. Estamos buscando a padres que desean ayudar a poner el trozos de caucho en el area de playground. Porfavor contacte a Miss. Debbie o Ms. Moutran si puede ayudar Hemos empezado y continuaremos ha trabajar hasta llenar el playground. Gracias a los padres que han empezado, nuestros estudiantes los disfrutaran mas.
Festival de Cosecha y Desfile de Santos
Marque su calendario, Octubre 28 tenemos nuestro 2do festuvak de cisecga, Estamos buscando a padres que gustan ayudar a donar para el desfile, juegos, accomodar y limpiar. La semana pasada se envio un formulario para apuntarse, porfavor de llenar y entregar lo mas pronto possible. Si Necesita otra copia Ms. Moutran o Miss. Debbie les ayudaran agrablemente. Estamos buscando donaciones de rollos de papel de bano (no el papel pero el rollo de adentro) para usarlo en projectors de arte en el festival de cosecha, porfabor llevelo a la oficina: atentmente Anna Arevolo.
Box – Tops
Mire el bolante – box tops ayudara a comprar los materiales de la oficina de la escuela y materiales de arte. Porfavor de aguardar los box tops y entregelos a su maestros. Mrs. Avila la cordinadora de nuestros box tops a anunciado que Habra competencia que llevara acabo el mes de October. La clase que colecte mas box tops se ganara nachos para toda la clase, buena suerte y collecten, colecten, colecten.
